1. Using Yap
You may use Yap only in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account activity and must not impersonate others or bypass Yap’s safety systems.
3. Your content
You remain responsible for content you send, upload or post. Do not share unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or exploitative content.
4. Safety and zero tolerance
Yap has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users must not post, send, upload or otherwise share content involving harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats or violence, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse or exploitation, illegal activity, scams, fraud, or other unlawful or seriously harmful material.
Yap may remove objectionable content and restrict, suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create a safety risk to other users.
5. Reporting and blocking
Yap provides tools that allow users to report objectionable content or abusive behaviour and to block other users. Reports may be reviewed and appropriate action may be taken, including content removal or account restriction, suspension or termination.
6. Yap+ subscriptions
Yap offers optional Yap+ auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.
Yap+ may be offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. The subscription price displayed in Yap and by the App Store at the time of purchase is the amount charged to your Apple Account.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when your purchase is confirmed. Yap+ automatically renews at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel the subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not normally end access to Yap+ before the end of the subscription period you have already paid for.
Yap+ provides access to the premium features described in the app. Available features may change as Yap is updated.
7. Service availability
Yap may change, update, suspend or discontinue features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Account deletion
You may delete your account through Yap’s settings.
